A retired Colonel from the United States Air Force, Mike's career is marked by distinguished military service, including his contributions during the Iraq War in 2004. He has been honored with the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit for his service, underscoring his commitment and leadership.
In the private sector, Mike has held senior leadership roles in Sales and Operations within Professional Engineering Companies and various staffing firms, managing multiple offices and geographic regions with fiscal oversight exceeding $75 million. His expertise in both military and commercial sectors equips him with a unique perspective on leadership and strategic growth.
Mike is a dedicated family man, married with three children. He enjoys spending his free time at the beach and boating, reflecting his love for the outdoors.
