National Business Development Manager
Ashley Marsaa is the National Business Development Manager at Resource Professional Solutions, a role she has held since joining the organization in June 2023. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing Management and Communications from Northwood University, Ashley brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership to her position.
In her role, Ashley is pivotal in driving the growth of the Professional Services division across the national landscape. She is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that propel growth, conducting market analysis to identify opportunities, and managing client acquisition and negotiations. Her leadership extends to mentoring the business development team, providing training on best practices, and ensuring continuous performance improvement.
Ashley’s commitment to staying informed about industry trends and maintaining a broad network of industry contacts enhances her ability to provide customized client solutions and service. She plays a key role in driving sales and managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley is a dedicated mother to two daughters. She balances her career with her passion for coaching, having served as a Head Volleyball Coach for national travel teams with Palm Beach Juniors Volleyball for 15 years. An avid enthusiast of the beach, outdoor activities, and travel, Ashley finds joy in both her personal and professional pursuits. Ashley values the supportive and collaborative atmosphere at Resource Professional Solutions, where she feels both challenged and appreciated. Her significant accomplishments include being named the Florida Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2004 and, above all, her role as a devoted mother.
