Business Development Manager
Brad Kimbirl joined Resource Professional Solutions in September 2025 as a Business Development Manager. In his role, he is responsible for expanding RPS’s presence in the accounting and finance market while also supporting clients across engineering, IT, and energy. Brad partners with businesses to understand their workforce challenges and collaborates with the RPS team to deliver flexible staffing strategies that help organizations achieve long-term success.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, HR, internal audit, operations, and business ownership, Brad brings exceptional insight to every client relationship. He began his career as a CPA before moving into senior leadership roles, including Controller and CFO, and later owning and operating a multi-location staffing company. His background across public, private, and corporate environments gives him a well-rounded understanding of how the right professionals drive business performance.
Outside of work, Brad finds peace in the mountains, whether hiking, skiing, or fly fishing, and treasures time with his wife, Jill, and their adult children, Ross and Meghan. He’s also an avid traveller and runs a coaching business that helps professionals move from “jobs” to meaningful careers.
