Dayna Escareno joined Resource Professional Solutions in September 2024 as a Senior Recruiter. In her role, she manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of clients, from sourcing and screening top-tier talent to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting smooth onboarding. Dayna works closely with business development and client partners to understand unique hiring needs and deliver targeted strategies that connect organizations with the right talent.
With a bachelor’s degree and nearly a decade of recruitment experience, Dayna has developed expertise in both contract and direct hire placements across industries including energy, power, manufacturing, technology, engineering, and construction. She is known for her ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while building lasting client and candidate relationships.
Outside of work, Dayna values balance and connection. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking, and staying active through pickleball. Living in Austin, TX, she loves spending time with family and friends, and can often be found discovering new places or unwinding with a good TV series.
